Even a traditional product like gelato can be reinvented. And at Iceberg we have created many new and multiple award-winning recipes. Even in Rimini, the heartland of Italian gelato makers, we won the coveted award for ‘Best Gelato in the World’ with our sorbet made with oranges from Sóller and fresh mint.
Iceberg exclusively uses fresh regional fruit wherever possible, and milk from Mallorca. This means that, just like when you are cooking at home, the flavour of our sorbets changes with the seasons and the ripeness of the fruit. We are one of the very few ice cream manufactures whose products are completely free from palm oil, a product that raises many environmental and medical concerns.
We also offer a large selection of gluten free and Vegan ice creams. Our particularly gentle production methods allow us to reduce sugar and fat content in all our ice creams which means they have significantly fewer calories! Our lovingly made Iceberg sorbets are especially rich in vitamins.
Our efficient manufacture in Palma de Mallorca with cutting edge technology, occupying more than 500 square metres, is particularly important to the restaurant and hotel owners among our customers. Here our experienced gelato makers produce your ice cream, freshly made according to your individual requests. Every day, our refrigerated trucks deliver our products all over the island.

ICEBERG presented its new taste for the 2023 season: ALMOND (plant based) with MALLORQUIN CAROB SAUCE at the Gelato Festival World Masters in Madrid.
Gastronomy trade fair HORECA returns to Mallorca from 6st to 8th of February 2023. And we will again have our own Iceberg stall. We’re looking forward to your visit!
At the ‘Gelato World Tour’, our gelato makers from Iceberg won the award for ‘Best Ice Cream in the World’ with their sorbet creation made from Sóller oranges, fresh mint and cardamom. They out-competed 32 gelato makers from all over the world who had already qualified in their own national heats. Our boys qualified for the big final during the Gelato World Tour in Valencia and, to everyone’s great surprise, won this coveted award!
